What to expect in Class:

  • You can expect to get a good workout!
  • You will be using props (exercise ball, 2lb dumbbells, yoga strap) to increase strength and length
  • You will be able to maintain a healthier upright posture for longer periods and feel less fatigued
  • You will notice that everyday tasks become easier because you are stronger
  • You may notice that you have less join pain and more freedom of movement
