What to expect in Class:
- You can expect to get a good workout!
- You will be using props (exercise ball, 2lb dumbbells, yoga strap) to increase strength and length
- You will be able to maintain a healthier upright posture for longer periods and feel less fatigued
- You will notice that everyday tasks become easier because you are stronger
- You may notice that you have less join pain and more freedom of movement
