Private Balance Coaching provides one-to-one coaching with Molly to individualize your balance program, facilitate your progress and increase and maintain your independence.

  • Individualized Fall-Risk Profile
  • Individualized Balance Fitness Program (for Home & Studio)
  • Recommendations for Safety Improvements
  • 60 Minute Coaching Sessions aimed at improving posture, poise, gait, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility and confidence.

Coaching is available as a single session or in a series of 8 or 10 sessions.
