- Individualized Balance Fitness Program (for Home & Studio)
- Recommendations for Safety Improvements
- 60 Minute Coaching Sessions aimed at improving posture, poise, gait, stamina, strength, flexibility, agility and confidence.
Coaching is available as a single session or in a series of 8 or 10 sessions.
