What to expect
Class begins with a gentle balance and flexibility warm-up and then moves onto the dance floor.
Participants first learn simple steps that lead to more advanced moves and patterns.
Great music adds to the fun and keeps the energy high.
A gentle cool down follows the dancing.
A simple-stepping, 10-minute workout for bone and heart health. This workout can be used as a building block toward the recommended 30 minute-a-day recommendation.
