This innovative way to strengthen and lengthen the whole body was developed by Lakshmi Voelker-Binder, E-RYT 500.  Lakshmi is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and has dedicated her career to ‘creating accessible paths to wellness’.

What to Wear to Class

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Layers are always recommended so you can adjust and stay comfortable as your body’s temperature warms and cools down during your practice.

Light, supportive sneakers with a flexible sole are best.

Remember to stay hydrated and bring a re-usable water bottle!
