What to expect in Class:

  • You will want to wear the right shoes for class
  • You will perform warm up and strengthening exercises at the ballet barre
  • You will perform graceful arm, head and trunk movements in the center of the room
  • You will learn ballet movements (combinations) to music and perform them
  • You will learn to become more confident and poised in your daily movements
  • You will have a lot of fun!
