- How to use core strength to improve your balance

- Anyone who loved ballet as a child and wants to take it again
What to expect in Class:
- You will want to wear the right shoes for class
- You will perform warm up and strengthening exercises at the ballet barre
- You will perform graceful arm, head and trunk movements in the center of the room
- You will learn ballet movements (combinations) to music and perform them
- You will learn to become more confident and poised in your daily movements
- You will have a lot of fun!
